ESG Expert (Consultant IV)

Are you passionate about driving meaningful environmental and social impact? At ING Hubs Philippines, we're looking for an experienced ESG Expert who can turn strategy into action, influence stakeholders, and lead programs that create lasting value.
As an ESG Expert, you will lead and drive sustainability initiatives across the organization, supporting ING's goal of achieving net zero and strengthening environmental, social, and governance practices.
What You'll Be Doing
• Act as the primary point of contact for environmental and sustainability programs.
• Lead ESG projects and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Develop and execute ESG communication plans.
• Build relationships with NGOs and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate volunteer and inclusion initiatives.
• Monitor and report ESG and non-financial data.
About the Team
You will work closely with local and global stakeholders to advance ING's sustainability agenda.
What We're Looking For
• 5–7 years of ESG or sustainability experience.
• Strong ESG reporting knowledge.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project and budget management experience.
