Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and passionate ESG Expert to become part of our ESG Team under the CEO domain with experience in social impact initiatives.

Our cross-functional team drives the implementation of ING Spain’s sustainability strategy across all business areas, ensuring impact and alignment with global ambitions.

Your key responsibilities:

As an ESG Expert you will:

• Shape and orchestrate the delivery of ING Spain’s Sustainability Strategy across domains, providing clear and executive-level progress reporting.
• Translate vision into action by designing measurable initiatives and leveraging creative communication channels.
• Embed sustainability into our culture, processes, and services, boosting visibility and engagement around ESG topics.
• Explore, design and execute community investment initiatives focused on financial empowerment and environmental impact, in partnership with social organizations.
• Build alliances with external and internal stakeholders to amplify impact and foster collaboration.
• Develop and coordinate the implementation of volunteering programs to increase employee engagement and their external impact.
• Communicate effectively, both internally and externally, to position ING as a committed and responsible company.
• Drive innovation by researching best practices and trends from ING Group, competitors and employee proposals
• Advise senior management with solid impact metrics, executive reporting, and strategic insights, coordinating ESG sessions with top management.

• At least 3 years of work experience in ESG or a related field
• Master’s degree and a genuine interest in social issues
• Enthusiastic profile with strong stakeholder management skills
• Problem‑solving mindset with a results‑driven, analytical approach
• Solid program or project management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and make things happen with a can‑do attitude
• Fluency in English is required

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y pasión por el ámbito ESG para formar parte de nuestro ESG Team dentro del dominio del CEO, con experiencia en iniciativas de impacto social.

Nuestro equipo cross‑functional impulsa la implementación de la estrategia de sostenibilidad de ING España en todas las áreas de negocio, garantizando impacto y alineamiento con las ambiciones globales.

Tus responsabilidades claves:

Como ESG Expert, tú:

• Darás forma y orquestarás la entrega de la Sustainability Strategy de ING España en todos los dominios, proporcionando reportes claros y de nivel ejecutivo sobre el progreso.
  • Traducirás la visión en acción mediante el diseño de iniciativas medibles y aprovechando canales de comunicación creativos.
  • Integrarás la sostenibilidad en nuestra cultura, procesos y servicios, aumentando la visibilidad y el engagement en torno a los temas ESG.
  • Explorarás, diseñarás y ejecutarás iniciativas de community investment enfocadas en el empoderamiento financiero y el impacto medioambiental, en colaboración con organizaciones sociales.
  • Construirás alianzas con personas stakeholders internas y externas para amplificar el impacto y fomentar la colaboración.
  • Desarrollarás y coordinarás la implementación de programas de volunteering para aumentar el engagement de la plantilla y su impacto externo.
  • Comunicarás de manera eficaz, tanto interna como externamente, para posicionar a ING como una compañía comprometida y responsable.
  • Impulsarás la innovación investigando best practices y tendencias del ING Group, de la competencia y de propuestas de las personas empleadas.
  • Asesorarás a la alta dirección con métricas de impacto sólidas, executive reporting y análisis estratégicos, coordinando sesiones ESG con el top management.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia profesional en ESG o en un campo relacionado
• Máster y un interés genuino en temas sociales
• Perfil entusiasta con sólidas habilidades de gestión de stakeholders
• Mentalidad orientada a la resolución de problemas, con un enfoque analítico y orientado a resultados
• Experiencia sólida en program o project management
• Habilidades fuertes de comunicación e interacción interpersonal
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, tomar iniciativa y hacer que las cosas ocurran con una actitud can‑do
• Fluidez en inglés (requisito)
