Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D centers on three continents. This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Ltd and is based at head office in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will be doing
Support the coordination and follow-up of ESG initiatives, projects, and action plans
Track project progress, milestones, deadlines, and risks across ESG activities
Collect, consolidate, and organize sustainability and ESG-related data from different teams
Support the preparation of ESG reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates
Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and records of ESG projects and governance activities
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist in identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and delays, escalating issues when needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with ESG strategy and reporting requirements
What we’re looking for
A proven track record of supporting project coordination or PMO activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items
A proven track record of working with data collection, reporting, or preparing presentations and dashboards
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Outstanding organizational and analytical skills as well as attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset
Knowledge of sustainability, ESG concepts, and corporate responsibility frameworks
Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a strong advantage
