职位描述
1、跟踪国内外 CSR/ESG 及碳相关法规（CSDDD、CSRD、CBAM、国内碳足迹政策等），输出法规风险评估，完善供应商行为准则，把 ESG 和碳合规嵌入采购与供应商管理流程； 2、搭建供应商 ESG 风险分级机制，策划并执行供应商 CSR 审核（含现场审核），跟进不符合项整改闭环，管控劳工、环保、职业健康安全风险； 3、负责供应链 Scope 3 碳数据收集、碳盘查与产品碳足迹核算（依据 GHG Protocol、ISO 14067），推动核心供应商落实碳减排，对接 CBAM、客户碳披露与第三方核查； 4、将 ESG、碳绩效纳入供应商评估与准入；编制供应链 ESG/碳相关报告，协同采购、研发、法务落地绿色供应链管理。
职位要求
1、环境、供应链等相关专业，本科及以上； 2、具备制造业供应链 CSR、碳管理相关工作经验，熟悉消费电子供应链者优先； 3、熟悉 CSR 审核、GHG Protocol、ISO 14067，了解 CSDDD/CBAM 等海外可持续法规，能独立完成供应商审核、碳足迹核算； 4、具备供应商风险识别、整改推动能力，良好的数据分析、报告撰写与跨部门沟通能力，英文读写优先。
