Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an ESE Teacher to join our team. The ESE Teacher will be responsible for creating individualized education plans for students with exceptionalities, implementing teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, and collaborating with other school personnel to support student achievement.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field

- State certification in Special Education

- Experience working with students with exceptionalities

- Knowledge of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and special education laws

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with exceptionalities

- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to support student learning and progress

- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievement and progress

- Stay current on best practices in special education and participate in professional development opportunities

Must pass a Level II background screening.
