Ability to maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation. Ability to
utilize computer systems, student information systems, electronic calendars, and
standard office software applications. Ability to assist school-based ESE personnel with
clerical tasks related to scheduling, meeting coordination, document preparation, and
record organization. Ability to prepare, organize, and distribute materials for meetings and
maintain documentation as directed by assigned personnel. Ability to handle confidential
student information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in accordance with district
policies and applicable laws. Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks
with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work cooperatively with teachers,
administrators, support staff, and other stakeholders. Ability to provide professional and
courteous customer service in person, by telephone, and through electronic
communication. Ability to work independently with general supervision and seek
clarification when needed.
To provide clerical support to school-based Exceptional Student Education (ESE) personnel
by assisting with record maintenance, scheduling, documentation, and administrative
tasks to support the efficient coordination of ESE services and ensure accurate student
records.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Two (2) years office experience.
3. Computer proficiency.
4. Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.
