
The Escrow Officer is able to manage complex real estate transactions from start to finish. This role involves preparing escrow instructions, coordinating with attorneys, buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents, disbursing funds, and ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of escrow procedures, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions while delivering excellent customer service. This role is full time onsite.
