This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment while supporting successful real estate transactions from opening to closing. You will work closely with experienced Escrow Officers, real estate agents, lenders, and clients to help deliver exceptional service and seamless closings. Looking to fill multiple positions in the Great Sacramento area.

Duties

As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the escrow process, including:• Assist in opening new escrow files and processing transactions.• Prepare and review escrow documents and instructions.• Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction.• Order payoffs, demands, and necessary closing documentation.• Ensure accuracy and completeness of files while maintaining timelines.• Schedule signings and support closing logistics.• Provide responsive, high-level customer service to all parties involved.• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

What We’re Looking For• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.• Customer-service mindset with a positive, team-first attitude.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with escrow/title software is a plus).• Prior escrow, title, real estate, or administrative experience preferred but not required.

Additional Information

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $48,0000/annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
