Job Summary
The Escrow and Account Bank Product Manager is part of the Transaction Services and Digital Assets, Cash, Deposits, Liquidity Management and Escrow Solutions team. The role is responsible for shaping and delivering the global Escrow and Account Bank portfolio by translating client, market and business priorities into scalable, commercially sustainable and well-controlled solutions. Working across regions and functions, the role holder will manage the product roadmap and lifecycle, lead technology-enabled delivery, support client solutions and commercialisation, and oversee the performance and commitments of long-tenure deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and maintain the global Escrow and Account Bank product strategy and roadmap, aligned with the broader Cash strategy and informed by client, market and business priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and governance for new capabilities and geographic expansion, including business cases, product approvals, risk assessments, launch readiness and post-implementation reviews.
- Lead platform enhancements with Programme and Technology teams, acting as Product Owner where required by prioritising backlogs, defining requirements and acceptance criteria, and overseeing testing and production readiness.
- Partner with Sales and Payments and Treasury Solutions teams on client solutions, requests for proposal and strategic deals, and support pricing decisions within established governance and pricing guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments, working with country product, Sales, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams to identify opportunities for capability enhancement and market expansion.
- Drive commercialisation through clear value propositions, sales enablement, client communications, training, marketing materials, case studies and relevant industry award submissions.
- Monitor pricing, revenue, profitability, liabilities, costs, contractual commitments, adoption and delivery against agreed scorecards, providing concise and timely management reporting.
- Coordinate delivery across Operations, Implementation, Client Service, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance and regional teams to ensure accurate implementation, scalable processes, effective controls and clear ownership.
- Respond to management, audit, risk and control information requests, and proactively identify and address product, operational and conduct risks.

- Product expansion: Deliver at least one approved market, product or client-segment expansion initiative through launch readiness or implementation, supported by a clear business case and agreed success measures.
- Business improvement: Deliver one material improvement across data analytics, legal documentation, risk management or the new-deal implementation journey, with measurable benefits such as improved visibility, reduced turnaround time, stronger controls or a better client experience.
- Technology delivery: Lead a priority technology enhancement from requirements through business go-live, ensuring governance approval, operational readiness, user acceptance and agreed adoption or performance outcomes.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 7 plus years of experience in product management within transaction banking, cash management or a closely related financial-services discipline.
- Experience delivering complex products or capabilities across multiple markets and through cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing business cases, managing pricing and analysing commercial and operational performance.
- Experience working within product governance, risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Cash Management; experience in Escrow, Account Bank, agency or fiduciary solutions is preferred.
- Product strategy, roadmap development, market expansion and commercialisation.
- Pricing, financial analysis, business cases, performance measurement and benefit realisation.
- Agile product delivery, including backlog management, requirements definition, testing and launch readiness.
- Product governance, operational risk, conduct, compliance and regulatory management.
- Data analysis, executive reporting, stakeholder influence and cross-functional delivery.
