  Aligment the target definition based on benchmark data/ simulation data.
• 
  Lead the simulation of structure, Energy Managerment and CFD during VinFast's internal E-Scooter development.
• 
  Collaborate effectively with the design department to find optimal solutions while ensuring performance.
• 
  Validate simulation results through physical testing.
• 
  Perform other tasks assigned by the E-Scooter Attribute and CAE Manager

Requirements

• 
  At least bachelor degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Structural Engineering/Aerospace with expertise in finite element analysis and 1D simulation. In-depth knowledge in structural/ Energy management and CFD
• 
  At least 7 years of experience in global OEMs Scooter/Automotive specialized in Simulation and testing of structural/ energy management and CFD
• 
  Expertise in target settings: Strategically define the target for E-Scooter/ vehicle attribute for structural/ energy management and CFD
• 
  Expertise Benchmarking: Assess benchmark Scooter for structural/ energy management and CFD performance and Strategize targets
• 
  Expertise and experience in simulation for structural (stiffness, strength, and fatigue), energy management and CFD
• 
  Prefer candidates who have worked in an mechanical product development company.
• 
  Ability to handle high pressure in a startup environment.
