Summary

Apple's ESCI Team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our leaders and teams. You will be part of a centralized administrative environment working to meet the growing demands of the business. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to administrative duties with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a wide range of confidential and time-sensitive assignments. We seek a passionate and ambitious teammate who's well-organized, able to effectively multi-task and prioritize in an ever-changing environment, and take initiative.

Description

Daily activities will include complex calendar management and travel (both international and domestic), hardware procurement, facilities management, arranging for team off-sites and events, and working closely with other admins and teams to coordinate meetings or collaborate on fun team events or initiatives. Working with the broader team, you will ideally bring a fun and creative approach to team support, and be a champion for team morale. The candidate who will thrive in this role is an ambitious and highly organized individual who enjoys solving problems in creative ways and shines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Apple work experience is a plus

Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions

Experience creating high-quality presentations using Keynote is preferred

Experience working with budgets/tracking equipment is strongly preferred

Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react with the best interest of the business in mind

Excellent organization skills

Possess a “can-do” attitude for all situations; no task too big or too small to handle

Extraordinary work ethic while balancing the needs of the individuals and the business

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience or equivalent work required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education

Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives

Proven ability to organize, prioritize and appropriately handle highly confidential and sensitive information

Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and use a keen attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks with an acute attention to detail in a fast paced and time sensitive environment

Proficiency in Apple products and programs such as Calendar, Numbers and Keynote
