Job Summary: Student administrative staff will assist the Educational Success Center and Disability Support Services with its general function and operations. General responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting new first-year students through mentoring, maintenance of Navigate usage, assistance in managing the tutoring programs, and outreach and marketing of the services of the Educational Success Center and Disability Support Services
*Mentor Collective is a texting-based platform offered to all new incoming first-year students that will pair them with a paid ESC Employee who will serve as mentors as part of their first year experience. We anticipate that the majority of students will likely be successful with standard monthly outreach; select students may require additional outreach throughout the year.
Eligibility: To be eligible for student employment during the Academic Year, a student must be enrolled at least half time at UW-Superior for the current semester.
