
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce delivery programs. The role involves managing delivery governance, driving enterprise PMO practices, executing gate-based delivery methodologies, and ensuring successful end-to-end project execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce delivery across large-scale enterprise programs
Own delivery governance including status tracking, reporting, and risk management
Implement and manage enterprise PMO practices and standards
Drive gate-based delivery methodology (Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Hypercare)
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation
Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reporting
Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams
Manage RAID logs, and mitigation plans
Oversee UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and governance models
Define and enforce delivery governance frameworks
Manage project dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadence
Ensure compliance with organizational PMO standards
Conduct project health checks and audits
Manage stakeholder communication and escalation management
Salesforce program delivery and governance experience (Mandatory)
Enterprise PMO and program management experience (Mandatory)
Gate-based delivery methodology experience (Mandatory)
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Hybrid delivery models
Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud preferred)
Experience working with Omni-Channel and Service Cloud delivery programs
Ability to align technical architecture with delivery planning
PMP / PRINCE2 Certification (Mandatory)
Certified Scrum Master (Preferred)
Salesforce Certifications (Preferred)
18+ years of IT experience
10+ years in project/program management roles
Proven experience managing enterprise Salesforce implementations
