As an ESaaS - SFDC - Lightning UI & SFDC Sales/Service Developer with Educational Cloud experience, you will play a crucial role in designing and configuring Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of educational institutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful implementations and providing ongoing support. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on the education sector.

• Design and configure Salesforce solutions for educational institutions, leveraging Sales, Service, and Education Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Implement and customize Salesforce features, including Lightning UI and JavaScript development.
• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other educational institution systems and platforms.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented Salesforce solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce implementations.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends, suggesting improvements and optimizations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Salesforce Developer or Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Education Cloud.
• Proficiency in Lightning UI development and JavaScript programming.
• Experience with Salesforce implementation and customization projects, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
