
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including system configuration, customization, access, and security management via Azure active directory groups
Troubleshoot / Replicate issues encountered by users, Investigate and identify the root cause behind the issues and propose solutions.
Understand the business logic set on tables (standard & custom) including but not limited to Power Automate, Business process flows, Cloud Flows, Validation rules written using JavaScript & Plugins.
Fix production bugs on areas mentioned above adhering to correct deployment practices.
Proactively monitor our ServiceNow incident queues for Dynamics 365 specific tasks during your shift, take ownership and provide timely support to end users as per our defined SLAs.
Document enhancements & bugs using AzureDevOps.
Engage Microsoft support on product specific issues, Expedite and ensure timely resolutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues & pain points & be detail oriented
Regularly monitor system health/performance and monitor data integrations with connected systems using Azure Synapse pipelines. Identify, troubleshoot & expedite pipeline failures.
Use SQL 4 CDS to perform bulk data DML operations like insert, update, delete.
Stay up to date with the latest features and enhancements in Dynamics 365 and recommend best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Support during release weekends (once per month) on Saturday and/or Sundays as required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology or a related field.
Proven work experience of at least 7-8 years as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator and developer.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Insights - Journeys products.
Good understanding of Azure Synapse and monitoring data pipelines in Synapse. Synapse development experience preferred.
Knowledge of JavaScript, XRM Toolbox & should be able to write basic to moderate SQL queries / Fetch XML and experience with Native Data Import feature of D365 for bulk data management.
Strong understanding and experience on Azure Synapse (data pipelines)
Relevant Microsoft Certifications preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams.
