JD Request ID: 36881- SAP Customer Service(CS) Consultant SAP CS resource required Your Key Responsibilities - Configure and support SAP CS (Customer Service) module - Manage service orders, notifications, and service contracts - Provide production support and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business requirements gathering - Integrate SAP CS with other modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance) - Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives - Prepare functional documentation and training materials - Ensure system stability and performance of customer service processes   Skills and Attributes for Success - Strong expertise in SAP CS module - Good understanding of SAP integration with SD, MM, and PM - Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills - Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams - Adaptability to dynamic project environments   To Qualify for the Role You Must Have - 3–6 years of experience in SAP CS or related SAP modules - Hands-on experience in configuration and support of SAP CS - Experience handling service processes (orders, contracts, notifications) - Strong communication and documentation skills - Experience working with business and IT stakeholders   Ideally, You’ll Also Have - Experience with SAP S/4HANA customer service functionalities - Exposure to integration projects across SAP modules - Knowledge of IT service management processes - Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
