Acelero, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate ERSEA Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support families through the eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance (ERSEA) process, making sure all children and families are welcomed into our program smoothly and in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.

The ERSEA Assistant is responsible for assuring that the program maintains full enrollment serving the community’s highest need children. This position must be held by an individual who can fully understand the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) Head Start Performance Standards and is able to implement them accurately at all times.
