Job Description

Position: Data Manager

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Reports To: Business Unit Manager / Internal Operations Manager (UK)
Working Style: On-site / Full-time
Compensation: PKR 75,000 150,000 per month
Experience Required: 1-3 years (Data Administration / Analysis)
Language Requirement: Fluent English (written and verbal)

The Data Manager will play a key role in supporting the companys ERP systems and AI-based data projects The position involves reviewing, cleaning, and enriching datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. The role also supports machine learning initiatives by preparing high-quality datasets and validating results, contributing to improved sales growth and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain ERP/CRM databases with accurate and complete information.

  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors in systems.

  • Source and verify missing information from internal and external references

  • Support AI/ML data projects by preparing and validating training datasets.

  • Collaborate with the IT team in the UK to ensure aligned processes.

  • Generate reports and dashboards for management decision-making.

  • Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in IT, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Prior experience in data management, analysis, or administration preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

    • Understanding of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, consistency, and reliability in managing data.

  • Communication: Effective written and spoken English and local language proficiency.
