Job Description

Drive measurable value from one of Blackmores’ largest transformations

Blackmores is embarking on one of the most significant transformations in our history — modernising our systems, streamlining operations, and connecting more effectively with our people, customers, and suppliers. At the heart of this change is SAP.

We’re seeking a strategic, commercially minded finance professional to lead the value realisation stream of our ERP program. You’ll ensure the program delivers on its promises — from financial returns to operational improvements — and position Blackmores for future growth.

What you'll do:

  • Build the business case — partner with functional and technical stakeholders to create a robust, data-driven business case outlining anticipated benefits, costs, and value creation opportunities.
  • Track and deliver value — monitor benefits throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring projected returns are realised in line with the business case.
  • Drive insight-led decisions — provide transparent reporting to executives, aligning stakeholders and guiding informed decision-making.
  • Leverage the system integrator — apply their value realisation methodology to maximise process optimisation, automation, and analytics benefits.
  • Set the metrics — establish KPIs and financial measures to track outcomes, identify risks, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Unlock growth potential — identify ways ERP design and functionality can enable revenue growth and efficiency.
  • Manage program financials — oversee budgets, internal resource costs, vendor spend, and forecasting.

What you bring:

  • CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years in financial analysis, business case development, and benefits tracking — ideally within ERP or transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cost-benefit analysis, P&L modelling, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and IT.
  • Track record in benefits realisation frameworks and value delivery.
  • ERP/SAP program experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-focused, data-driven, and resilient with a collaborative approach.

Why you'll love it here:

  • Be part of one of the most transformative programs in Blackmores’ history.
  • Shape smarter, simpler, and more automated ways of working.
  • Work from our beautiful Surry Hills and Warriewood offices.
  • Enjoy generous product discounts, wellbeing initiatives, and a values-led culture.
