ERP Systems Specialist

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB: As a member of the ERP Delivery team, our goal is to elevate finance, customer experience and operations through D365. Cross-functional collaboration with these groups is paramount. Coordinating team communication, schedules, tracking and reporting allows the ERP Delivery team to continue driving improvements and transparency in the business.

SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Maintaining dashboards, trackers and shared calendars
  • Data analysis; collection, validation, cleaning and entry
  • Triaging business support needs
  • ERP ownership and skill tracking
  • Business process analysis and improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Sage
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems such as Freshdesk, Salesforce
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Confident, go-getting attitude: ability to communicate both internally and externally, work on self-paced tasks and be flexible on priority realignment
  • Availability of working flexible hours (early morning/evening hours) when needed
  • High school diploma or GED required

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Spanish proficiency

SCHEDULED WORKING HOURS: Standard office hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

The late Emmett Hart established Mountville Mills in 1963 in a small building just outside of LaGrange, Georgia. Hart worked at Callaway Mills for 15 years in the design and development departments before starting his own company with the encouragement of his wife, Nancy.

Emmett and Nancy were among the first seven employees of Mountville Mills. Today, the family-owned business maintains more than 640,000 square-feet in manufacturing plants, and more than 1,000 employees across North America and Europe.

Mountville Mills first expanded by joining forces with The Andersen Company in Dalton, Georgia in 1999. In 2005, Mountville expanded its operations to Ronse, Belgium, where it maintains a manufacturing and sales facility to service the mat needs of its European customers. In 2008, Mountville acquired the North American business unit of Kleen-Tex Industries, Inc. In 2018, the textile rental division of Mountville Mills and The Andersen Company merged to form M+A Matting which serves both U.S. and Canadian customers. Additional members of the Mountville family include Mountville Mills Rubber Company, Logo Mats LLC, Bungalow Flooring, Purple Mustard, Motif, The MatWorks, and Matterly.
