Company: Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc.

TITLE: ERP Systems Analyst

DUTIES: Build and deploy the core Oracle ERP financial functionality – Key modules include Oracle GL, EPM, FA, PPM. Work with IT and business stakeholders to showcase the Oracle General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project accounting and budgeting module of Oracle cloud. Support existing landscape of applications like Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Integration with .NET platforms (WIN systems), Oracle Expenses, Fixed Assets (USA and CANADA). Work with ALERTS systems and ensure Intercompany and Unbilled processes in finance process areas are integrated. ESA Application Monitoring – Critical part of business support which includes Oracle PaaS layer monitoring and Journal entries in GL for ESA. Work and provide solutions for Sub Ledger Account (SLA) and Journal Entries via FBDI and through SaaS. Systems support Profit & Loss (P&L’s) statements and Drill macros from Oracle SaaS and PaaS with integration layers. Document and communicate/translate requirements to the Oracle team, other IT teams, and stakeholders as required. Work with the Oracle technical and Functional teams to provide Oracle solution for business requirements in Oracle Cloud / map processes to conduct fit/gap analysis. Work alongside legacy PeopleSoft ERP MIS experts and assist with conversion and integration mapping specs. Complete mapping specifications for related deliverables working with Functional Business Analysts. Maintain financial conversion rates in General Ledger module and monitor Integration cloud Service with third party systems like OANDA. Work with technical resources to communicate requirements, understand design options, present pros/cons, and determine level of effort to Functional Business Analysts and other stakeholders. Ownership of core financial modules and system configurations, reports, integrations, and extensions. Support nationwide regional branches/finance heads with their daily P&L’s and Drills, FRS reporting, SmartView. Work with Enterprise Performance Management systems (EPM) team. Ensure timeliness of FRS (Financial Reporting Studio) report completion and ad hoc needs from business. Work and resolve Support tickets via SNOW/JIRA and be part of the Xmatters support structure.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

SALARY: $164,000 - $183,957 /per year

LOCATION: Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., 42 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061

Main Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer, Business Systems Analyst, Development Consultant, or related role where required experience gained.

Special Skills: Also requires five (5) years of experience in the following:

  • Oracle cloud ERP experience.
  • Oracle Cloud – SaaS Applications with expertise in the following modules: Oracle General Ledger; Oracle Sub Ledger Accounting; Oracle Fixed Assets; Oracle Expenses; Business Intelligence Publisher; and Integration Cloud Services (OIC Gen3).
  • FRS – Financial Reporting Studio.
  • P&L’s, Drills for financial organizations.
  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) focuses on Narrative Reporting (NRCS) and planning/budgeting.
  • Oracle Integration cloud Services – Gen3 and PaaS.
  • Autonomous Tables and PaaS components.
  • Problem solving and working with appropriate methodologies (Agile, waterfall, etc.).
  • FBDI, ADFDI and Rest API’s.
  • Preparing detailed requirements documents, test plans, and process documentation.
  • Understanding and communicating functional specifications, user stories, and related documentation to IT teams.
  • Driving solutions to leverage Oracle leading practices with minimal/no customizations.
  • Proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, use case development, and process flow diagrams.
