We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented ERP Supporter to join our Digital team. In this role, you will provide global support for Dynamics AX / D365 FO, helping users across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain areas solve issues and work efficiently with the system.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with business processes, and developing their skills in ERP systems within an international environment.

Your role:

• Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics AX / D365 FO users across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain modules.
• Handle and resolve tickets (incidents, service requests, changes) using the IT Service Management platform.
• Answer user questions and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Test system changes, enhancements, and new releases.
• Maintain and update documentation, knowledge base, and user guides.
• Ensure high-quality, customer-focused support aligned with agreed service levels.
• Collaborate closely with Digital teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics AX or D365 FO preferred).
• Good understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, or Supply Chain).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of English (min. B2).
• Comfortable working with Microsoft tools and ERP environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
