Introduction:

Carrier Enterprise (CE) currently has an exciting opportunity for a ERP (Infor CSD) Solutions Engineer Architect Join a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, parts, and supplies, and gain valuable experience in the HVAC/R distribution and wholesale industry.

Experienced ERP architecture and integration leader specializing in Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD), responsible for developing and maintaining CSD architectural blueprints, assessing customizations, and delivering tailored solutions that meet distribution business needs. Drives continuous improvement by optimizing ERP performance and scalability, leading end-to-end process enhancements, and implementing reliable system integrations across eCommerce and WMS environments (with emphasis on Infor TWL) using Infor ION API and Infor BODs.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Infor CSD architectural blueprints aligned with business goals and long-term strategy.
  • Assess existing customizations; replace with standard platform functionality to reduce complexity and cost of ownership.
  • Design and implement tailored Infor CSD solutions for distribution-specific business requirements.
  • Optimize ERP performance, scalability, and efficiency through system analysis and continuous end-to-end process improvement.
  • Lead integrations across the Infor CSD ecosystem (eCommerce, WMS—ideally Infor TWL), using ION API and Infor BODs for reliable data exchange.
  • Enable automation and intelligent improvements by implementing RPA and AI modules.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders; model process flows and ensure compliance with regulations/standards.
  • Manage delivery and governance using Jira; monitor system performance and stay current on industry trends and Infor platform updates.
  • Lead the evaluation of new Infor CSD offerings including the Velocity Suite, an all-inclusive AI package designed to extend and enhance the ERP by bundling Generative AI, Process Mining, and intelligent automation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field; 7+ years of hands-on ERP implementation/management, preferably Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD).
  • Solid understanding of distribution, operations, and finance modules.
  • Proven experience integrating third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, eCommerce, and WMS (including solutions like Infor TWL).
  • Proficiency with Infor ION API, BOD management, and Extension frameworks.
  • Strong technical project management; experience with Atlassian Jira and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical/problem-solving ability, and strong cross-functional collaboration/consensus building.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Infor Total Warehouse Logistics (TWL)
  • Familiarity with RPA and AI/ML modules within the Infor ecosystem
  • Knowledge of ERP security architecture principles and best practices
  • Experience working in a distribution or wholesale industry environment
