ERP Solution Consultant - SAP EWM
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM Specialist & Developer with MFS experience to join our team and take ownership of a highly complex, validated warehouse management solution. This warehouse is one of the biggest ones of the Roche Pharma division with a high degree of automation. You guide product teams, champion accountability, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders. You will solve complex problems, make independent product-level decisions, provide technical oversight, and report at the product level.
Design & Implementation Develop and implement complex enhancements to our SAP EWM solution, including MFS and WebDynpro user interfaces
Independent Problem-Solving Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; troubleshoot issues at the code level without requiring constant guidance
Technical Deep-Dive Investigate complex technical challenges, debug code, and optimize system performance
Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business teams to understand requirements, manage expectations, and communicate technical constraints and timelines
Validated Environment Management Execute changes in compliance with our regulated environment, including documentation, test cases, and validation requirements
Knowledge Transfer Document solutions and share expertise with team members to build organizational capability
Travel to Switzerland as needed for on-site support, workshops, and client engagement
Extensive SAP EWM ExperienceMinimum 5+ years working with SAP EWM in production environments, including complex configurations and customizations
MFS ExpertiseProven hands-on experience implementing and maintaining SAP MFS
ABAP Development Skills Solid programming background with ability to debug, and optimize ABAP code
Validated Environment ExperienceDemonstrated familiarity with regulated environments, change management processes, and compliance documentation
SAFe Framework KnowledgeWorking understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices
Fluent EnglishStrong verbal and written communication skills (essential)
German Language (Preferred)Fluency in German is a significant plus

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN-315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
