About the Role:
We are hiring a bilingual ERP SCM Consultant to support a global client in the manufacturing sector. This is a functional role (not technical), best suited for professionals who have worked with supply chain modules in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc.
️ Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless communication across Japanese and English-speaking teams
- Participate in requirement workshops and document findings
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders/ teams to support project activities
- Deliver user training and support
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to guide business needs
Requirements:
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and fluent English
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with ERP SCM modules (e.g., SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP MM)
- Familiarity with Cloud ERP systems and data management
- Previous involvement in ERP/CRM projects
