Job Description

Blackmores has embarked on strategic business transformation as we introduce new ways working across our ERP and tech. landscape. This transformation period will enable efficiencies and a reimagined employee experience as we deliver a new, enterprise-wide ERP. We are Australia’s leading manufacturer of natural health products with a large and growing presence in Thailand.

Blackmores is embarking on a multi-year transformation period to change the way we work each day through investing in, and transforming, our capabilities, systems, and processes.

Our transformation will support more efficient ways of working, reimagining our customer and employee experience, and optimise our operations.

The Thailand Sales SME will play a key role in providing on the ground knowledge into the SEAK detailed design and Implementation Phases of SAP S/4HANA. The role will help drive adoption of best practice sales processes and streamlining operational activities.

This position requires a blend of sales, leadership capabilities, customer management, current state knowledge with a focus on future state to drive business success.

This is a 24 month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include:

  • ​​Analyse and document existing business processes and workflows with Thailand business
  • ​Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions that will work within Market with a broader lens on total Business improvement
  • ​Be key team member of contact to ensure information is gathered and documented from the correct stakeholders - to build correct overview of process maps
  • ​Support the design and implementation of new and/or improved processes.
  • ​Review/Create process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to ensure Market is supported, calling out challenges to processes along the way
  • ​Work with multiple stakeholders Markets, collaborate to gather information and ensure accurate information provided and alignment achieved.
  • ​Provide first hand experience on current systems and future best practice

Who are you?

  • ​​Strong understanding of core sales processes within markets, with a focus on: customer management, order management, pricing and promotion, and trade promotion management,
  • ​Strong understanding of the 3/4PL distributor Model
  • ​Existing knowledge on current Sales systems/processes used within Market
  • ​Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ​Proficiency in process mapping tools
  • ​Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • ​Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ​Resilient and adaptable in the face of challenges
  • ​A change champion with a passion for innovation and transformation
  • ​Collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships
