Blackmores is embarking on a multi-year transformation period to change the way we work each day through investing in, and transforming, our capabilities, systems, and processes.
This role will provide support across all critical phases of ERP and provide deep insights into the Great China Market (China, Hong Kong & Taiwan) with the core focus on China eCommerce to support the implementation of SAP. This role will support in assisting the ERP Sales Lead where required with key deliverables required throughout the program This position requires a blend of sales, leadership capabilities, customer management, current state knowledge with a focus on future state to drive business success.
This is a 24 month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities include:
Who are you?
Strong understanding of core sales processes within markets, with a focus on: customer management, order management, pricing and promotion, and trade promotion management.
Strong understanding of the China eCommerce business
Existing knowledge on current Sales systems/processes used within Market
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in process mapping tools
Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
