- Work Days & Timings: Monday to Friday 8:45 AM to 5:10 PM; Alternate Saturdays 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM

ScaleUp Connect is hiring for a client seeking an energetic and customer-focused ERP Sales and Support Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both generating sales leads and providing post-sale support to ensure clients get the most value from the ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and qualifying leads.
Conduct product demos and sales presentations to prospective clients.
Provide post-sale support, including troubleshooting and guiding clients in using the ERP system effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Assist clients in evaluating ERP solutions to match their business requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth product implementation and issue resolution.
Continuously monitor customer feedback and provide insights for improving the product.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Level
1 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer support.
Previous experience in ERP or software sales is a plus.
