The ERP & Reporting Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of ICC’s ERP ecosystem, including integrations with Lake Company applications such as Shop-Trak and Doc-Trak. This role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and reporting accuracy across manufacturing operations. The administrator will also support data analytics initiatives using CyberScience ECQ and Power BI, providing actionable insights for business leaders. This position serves as a bridge between IT, Operations, and Finance, ensuring that ERP data and workflows support business performance and continuous improvement. Must be the site leader in living and driving the Company Core Values and High-Performance Work Culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ERP Administration & System Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP, managing system Configuration, performance tuning, and version upgrades
  • Maintain and optimize integrations with Lake Company products including Shop-Trak (shop floor data collection) and Doc-Trak (document management).
  • Manage SQL Server databases supporting CSI, including backups, indexing, and performance optimization.
  • Support environments hosted both on-premises and hybrid cloud, ensuring security and uptime.
  • Coordinate ERP maintenance windows, patch management, and release deployments with minimal production impact.

Reporting and Business Intelligence

  • Backup primary report writer to develop and maintain CyberScience ECQ reports to support operations, finance, and management decision-making.
  • Design, automate, and distribute dashboards and analytics using Power BI, connecting data from CSI, ECQ, and other business systems.
  • Validate data integrity across systems and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent reporting outputs.
  • Partner with department leaders to translate business requirements into actionable reports and visualizations.

Process Improvement & Continuous Optimization

  • Evaluate existing ERP processes, identify opportunities for automation and standardization, and propose enhancements aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a technical resource for ERP-related process changes, ensuring alignment between system functionality and business practices.
  • Participate in or lead small projects involving module expansion, system integration, or new functionality rollouts.

Security, Compliance & Governance

  • Administer ERP user accounts, roles, and permissions following defined security protocols and compliance standards.
  • Conduct periodic security audits within CSI and related systems to ensure proper segregation of duties and compliance with internal controls.
  • Partner with IT security to ensure ERP and reporting systems follow corporate cybersecurity best practices.

Documentation & Support

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, interfaces, and reporting structures.
  • Provide primary support for ERP issues, coordinating with vendors as needed to resolve escalations.
  • Train power users and department champions on best practices and reporting tools.
  • All other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.



Qualifications

  • Strong experience supporting and maintaining Lake Company products (Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak) required.
  • Demonstrated experience in CyberScience ECQ report creation, distribution, and optimization.
  • Experience designing Power BI dashboards connected to SQL or ECQ data sources.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing ERP processes — Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and Financial modules.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, SQL stored procedures, and data automation.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: BS in Computer Science or Engineering; or 4 to 6 years of work experience or equiv alent combin ation of edu cation and exp eri ence.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read in English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees within the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute percentages as well as draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and hear. The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration and occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
