Your Role:

  • As ERP Project Manager Migration, you will be at the heart of a high-impact technology transformation, but your primary focus will be the Finance Master Data migration within a global ERP transformation program. • You will own the design, planning, and execution of data migration activities, including load cycles, verification, and organizational handover, while maintaining close collaboration with IT, Data, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Your ability to influence without authority, build consensus across diverse teams, and communicate clearly at all levels—including senior leadership—will be essential to the success of this role.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 3 years delivering data migration or data-centric projects, preferably within ERP contexts.
  • You bring deep expertise in ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex data migration initiatives in multinational or matrixed organizations.
  • You are skilled in applying structured project management methodologies—including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks—and are comfortable adapting your approach to the needs of the project and organization.
  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to engage, align, and communicate effectively with technical teams, business owners, and executive sponsors across multiple geographies and functions.
  • You have a sharp analytical mindset and are experienced in risk identification, issue resolution, and change management, ensuring that migration impacts on people, processes, and systems are proactively managed.
  • You are proficient in project management tools and reporting platforms (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent), and you produce clear, concise documentation and status communications tailored to diverse audiences.
  • A recognized project management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe) is an advantage and demonstrates your commitment to professional standards in project delivery.
