ERP Project Manager

Function: ERP Project Management

Focus: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Headcount: 1

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Work Setup: Office-based with occasional
customer site visits

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-18:00

We are hiring an ERP
Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
implementation projects. This role is responsible for successful delivery
across scope, timeline, budget, resource planning, risk management, and
stakeholder communication. The Project Manager will coordinate consultants,
technical teams, clients, and partners while promoting SAP best practices and
Fit-to-Standard implementation principles throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA
  Cloud Public Edition implementation projects
• Ensure successful project
  delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Manage project execution
  using SAP Activate and SAP best practices
• Coordinate functional
  consultants, technical teams, and external partners
• Act as the main contact point
  between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and
  manage:
• risks
• issues
• change requests
• Facilitate workshops, project
  meetings, and steering committee updates
• Oversee key project
  activities including:
• configuration alignment
• data migration
• integration
• testing
• go-live
• Promote Fit-to-Standard and
  SAP best-practice approaches
• Support sales and pre-sales
  teams in project planning and effort estimation
• Maintain strong client
  relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project
  lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT,
  Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• 5-10 years of ERP project
  management experience
• Preferably with SAP
  implementation background
• Experience managing projects
  using SAP S/4HANA Cloud, particularly SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
• Strong understanding of
  enterprise business processes, including:
• Finance
• Supply Chain
• Procurement
• Sales
• Knowledge of SAP Activate or
  cloud ERP implementation methodologies
• Strong project management
  capability across:
• scope
• timeline
• resource planning
• risk management
• Experience leading
  cross-functional teams in ERP projects
• Excellent communication and
  stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple
  priorities in a consulting or partner environment
• Good command of English and
  Thai

Preferred / Advantageous Background

• PMP certification
• Experience in consulting
  environment
• Experience supporting
  pre-sales and effort estimation
