Job Description

A short description of the general purpose of the position

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Process Owner to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of a critical process group within the organization. This role ensures operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives by bridging process strategy and technology execution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end process management, ERP systems, and stakeholder engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: the main duties and tasks the role is expected to perform

• Own the process group strategy and governance: Define, maintain, and continuously improve global standards, templates, and decision frameworks.

• Design future-state processes: Develop optimized workflows that enable efficiency, scalability, and compliance across all regions and business units.

• Drive technology enablement: Partner with IT to ensure systems and tools support process objectives, including ERP configuration and integration.

• Champion cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT to harmonize processes and eliminate silos.

• Establish performance metrics: Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor process health, adoption, and business impact.

• Lead change management: Develop and execute communication, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation and sustainability.

• Serve as subject matter authority: Provide guidance on process-related decisions, system configurations, and data governance.

• Ensure compliance and risk management: Align processes with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture principles.

• Foster continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and innovation within the process group.

• Influence senior leadership: Advocate for process priorities, secure alignment on transformation goals, and manage stakeholder expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS: experience, education, and attributes that are required or preferred for the job

• 7+ years of experience in business process ownership or ERP transformation, with a focus on Q2C.

• Strong knowledge of Q2C lifecycle, including pricing, order management, invoicing, and collections.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and integration frameworks.

• Proven success in process design and enablement initiatives.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to influence across business units and geographies.

• Familiarity with process governance, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

• Preferred: SAP certification or equivalent experience; Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
