Job Description

Your next big project is here. Help us deliver one of the most ambitious transformations in our history.

At Blackmores, we’re not just upgrading our systems – we’re transforming how we work, connect, and deliver for our people, customers, and suppliers. At the centre of it all is our new ERP (SAP) platform, and we’re looking for an ERP PMO Manager to keep this complex, high-profile program running like clockwork.

If you’re a PMO or project delivery professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves keeping all the moving parts aligned, and takes pride in making change happen – this is your opportunity to work on a career-defining program.

What you’ll do

  • Be the right hand to the ERP Program Director – providing the structure, governance, and oversight that keeps the program on track.
  • Keep the plan moving – tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
  • Own the governance process – ensuring project documentation is accurate, approved, and up to quality standards.
  • Control the numbers – manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor payments with precision.
  • Bring people together – connect technical and business stakeholders, keep everyone informed, and make sure decisions happen on time.
  • Drive continuous improvement – refine how we plan, report, and deliver as the program evolves.

What you’ll bring

  • 6–8+ years in PMO, project coordination, or delivery support, ideally in large-scale ERP/SAP or IT transformation programs.
  • A solid grasp of PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) and governance best practices.
  • Experience managing project schedules, reporting, risks, budgets, and documentation.
  • Strong MS Project, PlanView, JIRA, and MS Office skills.
  • A knack for building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and keeping complex initiatives moving forward.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a detail-focused approach in high-paced environments.

Why this role?

  • Impact – your work will directly influence one of the biggest programs in Blackmores’ history
  • Location – work from our beautiful Surry Hills tech hub (5 mins from Central station)
  • Variety – no two days are the same when you’re at the heart of a multi-year transformation
  • Culture – join a purpose-led, values-driven organisation that genuinely cares about wellbeing and growth
  • Benefits – Enjoy generous product allowances, discounts and a range of wellbeing initiatives

If you’re ready to bring structure to complexity and help deliver a transformation that matters – apply now!
