ERP Implementation Project Manager / Tokyo

Japanese native level required

Responsible for DX promotion for customers using SAP/D365, an ERP package and core system. As an end-to-end service as a core system implementation project, you will be in charge of everything from requirement definition, design, development, testing, and offshore management.

The project manager will be responsible for upstream design and overall project management, including system proposal, business analysis, requirement definition, customer negotiation, and team communication with the client. The development will be carried out in cooperation with ONE TEAM at the Japan and Vietnam bases.

Managers and above will also be responsible for managing personnel resources and income/expenses.

Required skills and experience

• Experience as a PM or PL in a medium to large scale project of ERP (SAP/D365/Oracle) package
• Experience in requirement definition and basic design, familiarity with software quality control, and leadership experience
• Experience in implementing SAP/D365 (regardless of product), Oracle or other ERP package products.
