Job Description

Required Experience:

  • 14-18 years of experience working with Workday Integration & Reporting Tools.

Responsibilities:

  • At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security configuration, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience with security auditing, monitoring, and incident response.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, BIRT Reporting, EIB, and Core Connectors.
  • Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).
  • Experience in Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer, Worksheets, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
  • Experience in developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
  • Experience in integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
  • Strong technical experience with XML and Java.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the skill to foster collaboration and excellence in a team setting.
  • Workday certification would be a plus.

Essential Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required.
