We are looking for an ERP Executive to support and monitor daily ERP activities across the organization. The role involves ensuring adherence to SOPs, assisting end users in their daily ERPNext usage, and helping maintain smooth ERP operations. Key Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor daily ERP activities within the organization.
• Ensure SOP adherence across teams using the ERP system.
• Provide guidance and support to end users in their day-to-day usage of ERPNext.
• Assist users in resolving ERP-related issues and queries
• Monitor data entries and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve ERP usage and process efficiency
• Escalate technical issues to the relevant team when required.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (ERPNext experience is a plus)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide and support non-technical users.
• Attention to detail and process adherence.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ERP systems or business process tools
• Understanding of operations, inventory, finance, or process workflows
• Basic troubleshooting and user support capability.
