Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support and execute financial ERP processes while resolving complex finance-related issues

Handle integration management and troubleshooting across Workday, Oracle, and related systems

Assist in month-end and year-end financial processing activities

Manage system access, security, and user permissions (Workday, Oracle, BlackLine)

Develop and maintain custom reports within ERP systems

Provide training and support to business users and stakeholders

Monitor system integrations (e.g., Epic) and resolve outages promptly

Support Finance IT change management, including system updates and enhancements

Assist in testing activities and development of test scripts during system updates

Provide ad-hoc reporting and ongoing support to markets and department leaders

Must Haves

At least 2 years experience in ERP financial applications

Experience supporting ERP financial processes in a complex or multi-entity environment

Strong computer skills (MS Office, databases, email tools)

Experience with Workday and/or Oracle systems

Preferred

Experience with enterprise tools (OnBase, ServiceNow, BlackLine, UKG, UiPath, Adaptive Planning, PowerBI)

Background in accounting (Staff/Senior Accountant or similar), preferably in healthcare

Skills

Understanding of finance processes and healthcare terminology

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Hands-on experience with Workday and/or Oracle

Strong organizational and attention to detail

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to handle multiple issues and requests simultaneously

Strong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills
