We are implementing a global IFS Cloud ERP template across all our entities worldwide—and we’re looking for motivated and skilled professionals to join our deployment team in the Project Management domain

  • Lead ERP deployments that make a real impact – drive end‑to‑end rollouts within our IFS program, with a strong focus on Manufacturing and exposure to Project Management.
  • Bridge business and technology – translate manufacturing and project needs into smart ERP processes and system designs that truly work in practice.
  • Enable users for success – deliver engaging Key User trainings, support UAT, and ensure teams are confident and ready for go‑live.
  • Own go‑live readiness and stabilization – prepare processes, data, and users, support cutover, and provide hands‑on support during go‑live and hypercare.
  • Coordinate and steer deployments – track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks to keep deployments on plan.

Qualifications

  • Hands‑on manufacturing expertise – solid experience in production or manufacturing environments, ideally combined with project‑driven ways of working.
  • ERP deployment know‑how – proven exposure to ERP or system implementations, with the ability to turn business needs into practical system solutions.
  • Project & process mindset – good understanding of planning, tracking, and costing in project‑based environments.
  • Strong ownership and delivery focus – comfortable working under go‑live pressure, including hyper-care phases, willingness to travel, clear execution mindset.
  • Collaborative problem solver – confident stakeholder manager who learns new systems fast and enjoys tackling challenges hands‑on.
