Responsibilities:
1. Provide operational support and user assistance for CAD systems such as Inventor, AutoCAD, Siemens NX, and Solid Edge.
2. Partially support SAP ECTR and related CAD integration topics.
3. Contribute to the further development, standardization, and optimization of the CAD environment.
4. Support global and regional rollout projects.
5. Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of new CAD templates, releases, and functionalities.
6. Handle change requests, incidents, and continuous improvement activities in the CAD environment.
7. Support interface topics between CAD systems and related engineering / PLM processes.
8. Work closely with business users, key users, global solution owners, and external partners.
Requirements:
1. Degree or vocational qualification in Engineering, Mechanical Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of hands-on experience with one or more CAD systems, ideally Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Siemens NX, or Solid Edge.
3. Good understanding of CAD applications and support processes.
4. Initial experience with SAP ECTR or other CAD/PDM/PLM integration solutions is an advantage.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, independent way of working.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
7. Fluent in written and spoken English.
