About Our Client

Our client is a Singapore-based IT consulting firm that is establishing its footprint in Indonesia. They are looking for motivated fresh graduates and early-career professionals to join their growing Indonesia team as ERP Consultants.

About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in ERP consulting while contributing to the early growth of a regional consulting business in Indonesia. You will work with experienced consultants, gain exposure to real client projects, and develop an understanding of how technology can improve business processes.

What You Will Do

• Learn clients’ business processes, operational workflows, and system requirements.
• Support ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Assist in configuring ERP solutions based on agreed business needs.
• Prepare business-process documentation, test scenarios, user guides, and training materials.
• Support system demonstrations, user-acceptance testing, and issue tracking.
• Help users understand and adopt new ERP processes and tools.
• Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and project stakeholders across Indonesia and Singapore.
• Contribute to building reliable delivery practices as the Indonesia consulting team grows.
• Continuously develop knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, and consulting best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in technology consulting, ERP systems, and business-process improvement.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working in a project-based environment.
• Able to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Good written and spoken Indonesian.
• English communication skills will be an advantage, as the role may involve collaboration with regional colleagues.
• Exposure to ERP systems, accounting, finance, supply chain, HR, sales operations, or project work is an advantage, but not required.
