The Order to Cash (O2C) Business Analyst will have an emerging understanding of the PeopleSoft ERP system across various user modules (Contracts, Project Costing, Billing, and Revenue). Support the PS ERP product end users to ensure day-to-day functions and processes are performing effectively and efficiently. Analyst scope of work is not limited to PeopleSoft ERP and also includes support of all ancillary tools used by the AOA department such as SharePoint and Tableau.

Responsible for tickets that are submitted to the Analyst ticketing box, and assist with functional and regression testing for enhancements. Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational systems and process. They also develop and implement effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.

We offer on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex ticket requests to the Analyst request site.
  • Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
  • Ability to lead conversations with business partners about the capabilities, functions, and processes of ERP
  • Perform PeopleSoft ERP functional testing
  • Troubleshoot system or process issues then provide feedback and suggestions to create efficiencies
  • Attend scrum meetings, standups, retrospectives and demos as needed to collaborate with system development partners
  • Manage billing product submissions and setups for PeopleSoft ERP.
  • Create and execute quality testing strategy for system enhancements
  • Perform Quality Check (QC) on contracts booked within PS-ERP
  • Support the reporting needs of the billing team (Scorecard, Metrics, SLAs)
  • Gather and document business requirements for ad-hoc projects
  • Provide training on new business process

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Skilled at problem solving, follow-through, and resolution
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio)
  • Excellence in communication, time and project management, problem solving, organization, and analysis skills
  • Ability to work full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PeopleSoft ERP Experience
  • Process Improvement with Six Sigma or Lean initiatives
  • Experience Developing Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Visio
  • Experience with Oracle SQL Developer

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
