Job Description

We are looking for a ERP Application Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics AX/365) - Mandarin speaking to join our team and support the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 solutions. In this role, you will assist in understanding business processes, configuring ERP modules, and optimizing system performance to meet client needs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in ERP consulting and grow within a dynamic team.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Japanese, Chineses or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support (preferably with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365) is plus. New graduation is welcome.
• Exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with system configurations and troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business users.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in data migration, system integration, and customization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (HSK5) or Japanese (JLPT N2 up) is required
