Sealy Mattress Middle East is a Saudi-based mattress manufacturer and Sealy Inc. licensee serving customers across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. The company specializes in premium bedding products and supports its operations through integrated business systems that help teams work efficiently across production, sales, warehousing, and finance.

As an ERP Administrator Assistant, you will help support the day-to-day effectiveness of the company's Odoo environment and contribute to the smooth running of core business processes. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving system issues, working closely with different departments, and helping users get the most value from an ERP platform in a manufacturing-driven business.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line Odoo support across finance, sales, warehouse, and production teams.
• Maintain and update ERP master data including products, suppliers, and customers.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot Odoo modules to support business operations.
• Generate ERP reports and dashboards for management and departmental users.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on Odoo issues and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as an ERP Administrator working specifically with Odoo.
• Hands-on support experience with Odoo Accounting, Sales, Inventory or Warehouse, Manufacturing, reporting, or integrations with external partners.
• Male, 30 to 40 years old.
• Resides in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Indian or Pakistani national
