About the Role

As an ER/ICU Veterinarian, you will:

  • Provide Emergency and Critical Care: Triage, diagnose, and treat emergency and ICU patients during overnight hours.
  • Handle Complex Cases: Manage acute conditions, perform life-saving procedures, and oversee advanced patient monitoring.
  • Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with technicians and specialists to develop and execute treatment plans.
  • Communicate with Clients: Provide compassionate updates and guidance to pet owners about their pets’ progress and care options.
  • Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment plans.

About You

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate veterinarian who excels in emergency and critical care settings. You are:

  • Experienced: A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree holder with at least 1-2 years of ER or ICU experience (no new graduates).
  • Licensed: Eligible for veterinary licensure in Oklahoma.
  • Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing complex cases with precision and attention to detail.
  • A Strong Communicator: Able to provide clear updates to clients and collaborate effectively with the veterinary team.
  • Passionate: Dedicated to providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.
