Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission Ericsson BTS, RBS, and related mobile network equipment.

• Perform integration and troubleshooting for 2G/3G/4G/5G sites.

• Conduct site surveys, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities.

• Work on alarm monitoring, fault diagnosis, and rectification through OSS and field tools.

• Support network upgrades, swap projects, and expansion activities.

• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including site reports, test results, and acceptance documents.

• Adhere to safety and quality standards as per Ericsson and client requirements.

• Coordinate with RF, Transmission, and Core teams for end-to-end network performance.

• Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory.

• Provide technical feedback and recommendations for network improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Telecommunication / Electronics / Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Ericsson mobile network projects.

• Hands-on experience with Ericsson equipment (e.g., RBS 6000/6100/6200 series).

• Familiarity with integration tools like ENM, OSS-RC, and site verification tools.

• Good understanding of RF and transmission fundamentals.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel and work in the field across KSA.

• Valid driving license preferred.
