About the Team

As part of the Project Controlling team, you will work closely with Project Management, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, and internal suppliers to ensure the commercial success of customer projects. The team acts as a strategic business partner throughout the project lifecycle, supporting profitability, cost optimization, and financial decision-making. Together, you will drive transparency, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to sustainable business growth in a dynamic international environment.

What you can look forward to as ER Project Controller:

• Act as the commercial business partner for project teams and steer financial project performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and execute product and project profitability calculations while aligning results with relevant stakeholders.
• Collect, monitor, and validate input data for profitability calculations, including information from internal suppliers.
• Perform deviation analyses and support cost workshops as well as customer negotiations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations to support strategic project decisions.
• Provide commercial guidance for engineering changes and change management processes.
• Drive proactive cost controlling activities to ensure target profitability is achieved.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions.

Your Profile as ER Project Controller:

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in Finance or Controlling within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in an international or multinational company is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex financial and operational data.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of SAP and/or TcPCM is considered a plus.
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and good economic and technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
