This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong trading domain expertise who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and can independently drive delivery from requirements through production readiness.
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office, flexible)

Translate trading, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear specifications and actionable delivery items.
Proactively track and resolve issues across technology, QA, operations, and vendor engineering teams.
Act as a subject-matter expert for listed derivatives trading and North American market structure.
Partner closely with traders, operations, risk, and compliance to ensure solutions align with real-world trading behavior and regulatory obligations.
Provide post-launch support and identify continuous improvement opportunities across trading workflows and system capabilities.
