About Us:
Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited (“Huatai International” or “the Company”), is the only overseas wholly-owned or controlled subsidiary of Huatai Securities. • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and validation for quantitative research
• Support the testing and analysis of financial factors (e.g., momentum, volatility, value)
• Help in back testing quantitative strategies and preparing performance reports
• Assist in due diligence processes for externally distributed products
• Collect and summarize market intelligence, including product analysis and industry trends
• Other general team support as assigned

Qualification:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Basic understanding of quantitative finance concepts and financial products
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
• Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
