This role is responsible for trade lifecycle and post trade amendments for Equity Derivatives covering Structures Products and Vanilla Options in risk as well as process controls and leading process re-engineering initiatives to align with Global Markets Operations objectives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Equity Derivative Structured products, Vanilla options, risk management, risk and PnL impacts, risk and control, and process optimization.
A focus on continuous improvement, data validation, and efficient control management is essential for success in this role. Additionally, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels are crucial.
To be successful as a Derivatives Middle Office AVP you will have:
Strong technical background in Equity Derivatives.
Strong Structured and Flow Equity Derivative product knowledge including trade capture and lifecycle processes.
Solid risk and control mindset.
Attention to detail with a proactive check and challenge approach.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, especially with senior audiences in control forums.
Experience in automation, AI, change management, and process optimization.
Advanced Excel skills.
