About Us:

• Design, develop, test and optimize high-performance C++ applications for real-time trading systems
• Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to implement and refine trading algorithms
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance under extreme market conditions
• Work closely with traders to provide front desk support and troubleshoot system issues
• Engage with the team during system design discussions, code reviews and trading idea brainstorms

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or similar from a well-recognized university
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Good programming skills with at-least 3 years’ experience in C++ development (C++17/20)
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and systems programming
• Experience with Python or scripting languages for tooling and automation
• Experience in database and SQL
• Familiar with financial markets, market data feeds, or exchange protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
